Q1.What is the Discover Another Japan Pass?

The Discover Another Japan Pass offers convenient services for travelers visiting the San’in, San’yō, and Kansai regions.
The available services include:

・Sightseeing Free Pass: Enjoy unlimited access to eligible facilities during the validity period for a fixed price.
・Coupons: Receive various benefits such as discounts on food, drinks, and souvenirs at eligible facilities. These services are available under certain conditions. You can also browse app content and search routes from your current location to a destination (linked with Google Maps) free of charge.

Q2.Are there any usage restrictions for the Discover Another Japan Pass?

Discover Another Japan Pass is intended for foreign tourists visiting Japan and foreign residents in Japan. Japanese citizens can browse the app but cannot use the services.

Q3.How can the sightseeing pass be purchased?

Two purchasing methods are available:
・Purchase can be made through the Discover Another Japan Pass app using a credit card.
・The pass is also available through certain Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). After purchase, a serial code will be sent via email. Enter the code in the app to activate the pass.

Q4.Can the sightseeing pass be used by a group?

One pass can be used by up to 9 people simultaneously.
The number of users must be selected during the purchasing process.

Q5.Is cancellation possible after purchase?

Cancellation is generally possible if service usage has not yet begun. To cancel, please contact the following email address.

Scan the QR code displayed at the entrance of participating facilities.
Present the confirmation screen to facility staff for verification.
